What size would fit me best?

Our tees have a true-to-size unisex fit. Choose your usual size for a regular fit, or size up for a looser, more relaxed fit. For exact measurements, check the Size Guide on any product page before ordering.

What materials are your T-shirts made from?

Our tees are made from lightweight ring-spun cotton for a soft, comfortable feel without being heavy or stiff. Solid colors are 100% cotton, while selected heather and grey shades use cotton-polyester blends. Soft enough for everyday wear, durable enough for life at full volume.

How are the T-shirts printed?

Our designs are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, where the ink is applied directly into the fabric for a smooth, comfortable finish. For the longest print life, wash cold, inside out, and avoid ironing directly over the design.

Where are your T-shirts printed and shipped from?

QUASIKERN is based in Leipzig, Germany, while our T-shirts are printed and shipped directly within the USA by our US print partner. This means shorter delivery routes, faster shipping, and no overseas shipping for our US customers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package from the print floor all the way to your doorstep.

What if my shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We’ve got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. Once QUASIKERN is properly making noise there, we plan to expand internationally and work with selected print partners closer to our customers around the world.
